Rules of the card game EPOCHS BATTLE
Before the rules of the game, learn about Epochs and suits, as well as Deck combinations.
Join the battle where the power of epochs and suits rages! Here the new time mercilessly erases the traces of the past. In the BATTLE game, attack and fight back according to the strength of epochs & suits.
The goal of the game is to get rid of the cards in your hands and exit the battle.
Before the game, choose the desired combination of decks. Keep in mind that in the BATTLE game, the strength of the highest cards is revealed the most. Therefore, apply your own tactics of playing with highest cards.
Initial actions
- The chosen combination of decks is shuffled. Players are dealt 6 cards, one at a time.
- The first move is made by the player next to the Dealer.
- The player attacks with any cards within the same any one epoch.
- Cards can be thrown up at once or gradually one at a time.
Defending cards
- You can fight back with cards of different epochs. But each new epoch among the defending cards allow attacker to throw cards from the same new epoch.
- The number of cards thrown up cannot exceed the number of cards in the Defender's hands. By agreement of the players, all players can throw cards.
- If all the cards are beaten, they are set aside. If at least one card is not beaten down, the Defender takes cards and skips the turn.
- At the end of the turn, players take to 6 cards from the deck. The Defender is the last to take cards.
- The one who discards all the cards from his hand, when there are no more cards for him left in the deck, is out of the game. The last player with cards in their hands loses.
Highest cards and Jokers in BATTLE
- Highest cards of epoch are thrown to the cards of the SAME epoch.
- Highest cards of suit are thrown to the cards of ANY epoch.
At the same time, highest cards retain their original strength, regardless of the card to which they are thrown or which is beaten.
Jokers can be thrown to the cards of any epoch. Joker beats all the cards beside the other Joker.
